This french blogger is updating customers on a response to a customer issue. Although it’s not a super angry post, it is super defensive. And a defensive response can quickly curtail into an angry response. It’s an interesting take on an issue. It would seem that if the response could have avoided the use of “I had… I have… I, I, I” then it may not have come across quite as defensive and may not have made it on the site.
In my humble opinion, it’s okay to own the mistakes and explain what you are doing to fix them without conceding and reacting to an attack. One thing is for certain about this French blogger, she is doing her best to do a good job and to help out her customers and that is to be greatly admired.

Does Anyone Read This Blog: With an Alexa score of 97,661, people are definitely reading.
Is the Anger Justified: Yes.
Anything Else Interesting: This is a french and english site. She’s bilingual (at least) and that’s very respectable.
I’m not sure if this should be completely classified as an angry blog, but let’s be honest, anything that uses the term “angry old fart” will either incite anger inside of the reader or simply has an air of arrogance in it that deserves to be exposed. The angry old fart blogger certainly has a take on age-discrimination, well-written and not completely negative.
But as every blog is… opinionated.

This angry customer has apparently located the ‘worst mortgage company in the United States’. This blogger is frustrated with the mortgage company because they weren’t able to help her adjust her mortgage. Now she’s behind on all of her bills because she keeps paying her mortgage.
If there’s anything I understand, it’s that when you feel ’stuck’ it’s easy to project that as someone else’s problem. Perhaps the loan service company should have been more polite in how they dealt with her, and perhaps this angry customer should have thought through her budget before she got herself into the typical American financial debacle she’s found herself in.
However, at the same time, let’s face it, the mortgage industry has been the cause of the failing economy we are in today. With that in mind, many people are losing jobs, making it difficult for them to pay the mortgages to the very organizations that created the mess. Sometimes even with good financial planning, things just don’t work out. So, having said that, I’ll give this girl the benefit of the doubt, because we all deserve that.
